Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley or green onions

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion until translucent, 3–4 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until fully browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
