Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove seeds if necessary.
- Place the watermelon in a blender.
- Add lime juice, mint, and a pinch of salt if desired.
- Blend until smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture (optional).
- Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve immediately.
Notes
- For an extra-refreshing flavor, chill the watermelon before blending.
- Try adding strawberries, cucumber, or pineapple for variation.
