Instructions
- Peel and devein shrimp, pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Toss shrimp in marinade.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Optionally brush with melted butter or sprinkle herbs.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and preferred sides.
