Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 3–4 cups cold water
- ½ cup cranberry juice, raspberry puree, or grenadine
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Lemon slices or raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Make a simple syrup by dissolving sugar in hot water; let cool.
- In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Stir in cranberry juice (or chosen pink flavoring).
- Add 3–4 cups cold water and adjust to taste.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, or mint before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup.
- For sparkling pink lemonade, replace some water with club soda.
- Use fresh lemon juice for the brightest flavor.
