  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold whole milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)


Instructions

  • Crush Oreos into a mix of fine crumbs and chunks; set aside ½ cup for garnish.
  • In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes; set aside to thicken.
  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; fold in half of the whipped topping gently.
  • Layer half the crushed Oreos in a 9×13-inch dish.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over Oreos evenly.
  • Pour pudding mixture on top and smooth.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs.
  • Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
