- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Fold in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add roasted jalapeños and crumbled bacon. Mix gently.
- Transfer mixture to a small baking dish. Smooth top.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the surface. Add extra cheddar if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
