Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.

- Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8–9 minutes, flip, then cook for another 7–8 minutes.
- Check internal temperature (165°F/74°C).
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste—add cayenne for heat, lemon zest for brightness, or Italian seasoning for an herby twist.
- If using thicker chicken breasts, pound them evenly for faster, more even cooking.
