Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 4 medium tomatillos, peeled and quartered
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 small green chili or jalapeño, chopped
Instructions
- Peel and rinse the tomatillos; quarter them.
- Roughly chop the cilantro and garlic.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, tomatillos, ranch dressing mix, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and chili to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if necessary.
- Taste and adjust lime juice or chili for desired flavor.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving for best flavor.

- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- For a vegan option, use plant-based mayonnaise and yogurt.
